Our pets were always members of our family. When it came time to make preparations for our family’s everlasting future, Dulaney Valley Pet Loss Center had the innovative concept of putting our entire family together. Mary Ellen, Amy, and Lisa were able to guide us through this process. They were kind, caring and offered suggestions so the outcome would be exactly what we wanted. Dulaney Valley Pet Loss Center was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and needs professional guidance.
I want to thank Mary Ellen Fonte and Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens for their professional and compassionate care during the loss of my two, tiny Yorkshire Terriers. My "Boys", as I affectionately called them, were elderly and I had sent an email inquiring about the procedure to plan for them to rest there eternally. Mary Ellen answered all my questions and took the time to show me spaces that were available not only on paper but on site. She was very knowledgeable and stated many options available.
We had a beautiful ceremony and I was able to say my goodbyes. Other four-legged family members are welcome at the burial too. She is always available to work with you during this difficult time and her presence alone makes the process so much easier. I know that I can reach out to her anytime and I encourage other families facing the same situation to contact Mary Ellen. You will not be disappointed!
I have buried three dogs at the Pet Loss Center and two of them were within the past two years. I honestly don't know how I would have handled the trauma and loss without Mary Ellen Fonte helping me through all of the anxiety and choices I had to make. She is very compassionate to the needs of the pet family and took me step by step through the process.
My pets were a part of my family and I mourn each of them as if they were my children. She is extremely knowledgeable about each thing that needed to be done and made me feel like I had a friend in my corner. I buried my last two dogs with her help and I was very grateful for having her lead me through the process. I brag about Dulaney Valley Memorial and the help that I received by her.
